Born February 4, 1959 in Kemerovo

Graduated Novokuznetsk State Pedagogical Institute.

Awarded an Order of Peoples' Friendship, Order " Kuzbass Valor", medals "For special achievements in Kuzbass development" I, II, III class, " Kemerovo Oblast 60th anniversary", "For honor and courage", heralded with an honorific "Honored coach of Russia".

SInce 1978 to 1993 — Sergey Anatolyevich was playing for Kemerovo "Kuzbass".

After finishing playing career he was working in the club, in 1995—2008 — was a Head coach of "Kuzbass" Bandy club.

In 2011—2015 was a head Youth national team Russia.

Since February, 2015 — has been a Head coach of Russian national team.

Since 2009 — has been a Vice-president of Russian Bandy Federation.
