Juho Liukkonen: We arrived for medals and we got them
National team Finland became the bronze medalist of the World championship in Khabarovsk and paid back to national team Kazakhstan for the defeat in 2015. Juho Liukkonen, the midfielder, confessed that the game turned out to be hard.
"It was sort of revenge but today we were playing much better and proved that we are better than Kazakhstan. We arrived here for medals and we got them. Primarily we were making up our minds to good defense since there are many players in national team Kazakhstan who play well offensively. Our goal was to defend our goal cage and only then to attack", - told Juho Liukkonen.
After decent playing by national team Kazakhstan in semi-final match with Sweden, team Finland was expecting surprises from the opponent, was getting prepared for the match since itself spent many efforts the previous day, however it managed to pull up and win.
